We provide advice and representation to accused persons charged with criminal offences under road traffic legislation, which includes the:

Road Traffic Act 1974;

Road Traffic (Administration) Act 2008;

Road Traffic (Authorisation to Drive) Act 2008; and

Road Traffic (Vehicles) Act 2012.
We also provide advice and representation for making applications for an extraordinary driver's licences or a removal of a life disqualification order or a disqualification order in excess of 3 years.
Traffic Offences

Dangerous Driving Causing Death or GBH;

Reckless. Dangerous or Careless Driving;

Driving Under The Influence of Drugs or Alcohol (e.g., Excess 0.08, DUI etc.);

Refusal to Provide Breath Sample or Oral Fluid Sample etc.; and

Driving whilst Disqualified or with No Authorisation.
